Nicole is an accomplished HR leader with over 10 years of experience in HR, marketing, and academia. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s in industrial organizational psychology, specializing in talent management, organizational development, culture, and learning & development (L&D). Nicole is currently the Director of Human Resources and Corporate Communications for Singapore and Hong Kong, and the APAC Regional DEI Lead at McCann Worldgroup, where she champions diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives across the region.
A strong advocate for mental health and inclusive leadership, Nicole has been recognized for her work, being named one of the Philippines’ Top 30 Leaders on LinkedIn in 2023 and one of the Top 100 Filipinos to Follow on LinkedIn in 2020. She mentors leaders globally and is a sought-after speaker at regional and global events, sharing her expertise on modern HR practices, leadership development, and DEI.
