Julie is an accomplished international trainer, facilitator and executive coach. Her passion is to help clients become effective leaders, trainers, presenters and communicators using a blended learning approach.
Julie started her career as an Auditor with Ernst & Young (EY) Singapore where she managed a large portfolio of international audit clients in various industries. Subsequently, Julie transferred to the Learning & Development (L&D) department to pursue her passion to become a trainer and coach. As a Director, Julie was appointed to head the L&D function for the ASEAN region where she was responsible for driving the L&D initiatives to develop organisational and people capabilities in 14 countries.
After more than 15 years with EY, Julie left to focus on being a trainer and an executive coach. She currently provides effective learning solutions and coaching services to MNCs, financial institutions and professional services firms.
