Alicia Yoon is an Organisational Psychologist, Executive Strategy & Transformation Consultant, and Leadership Coach based in Singapore. In her current role at Deloitte, she works with C-suite leaders across APAC on executive strategy, AI transformation, leadership capability and organisational change. With experience spanning organisational psychology, leadership development, workforce transformation and executive coaching, Alicia has partnered with senior leaders across Fortune 500 companies, SMEs and government organisations. Previously, at Intellect, she led the design and delivery of leadership and wellbeing programmes across 150+ organisations, supporting leaders and employees through organisational and behavioural change.
Alicia brings a psychology-informed, practical approach to leadership, helping leaders build clarity, influence stakeholders, navigate complexity and create alignment across teams.
