Carina Rogerio

Carina Rogerio is the Founder and CEO of SeeAre, a consultancy focused on empowering leaders and organizations to adapt and thrive in today’s GenAI-driven world. An ICF-certified coach (PCC) and accredited mediator, she blends deep expertise in leadership development, coaching culture, and cross-border collaboration. Formerly a practising lawyer at the Paris Bar, Carina rose swiftly to become Partner and Head of the French Desk at an international law firm. Her leadership influence also extends to her role as a former Board Director at the Belgium-Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce. Passionate about lifelong learning, she has lectured at Sorbonne-Assas International Law School and trained legal professionals at Singapore Management University. Holding dual Master’s degrees in Judicial Career & Criminal Sciences and Business & EU Law, Carina brings intellectual rigor and emotional intelligence to her work. Fluent in five languages, she fosters curiosity, cultural intelligence, and human-centered leadership in diverse, high-growth environments.
