Carina started as a practising lawyer at the Paris Bar, with experience in both Paris and Singapore. She quickly became Head of the French Desk at an international law firm, eventually becoming a partner in less than 5 years. During her career, Carina served as a Board Director of the now-known as the Belgium-Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce, from Sept. 2012 to Sept. 2018. She also shares her expertise as a Visiting University Lecturer/Trainer currently at the Singapore Management University.
Carina is an ICF - PCC certified coach and an accredited Mediator. With fluency in English, French, Luxembourgish, German, and Portuguese, Carina embraces diverse languages and cultures. She continues to contribute her expertise in leadership and management to individuals and organizations.
