Rebecca Nadilo

Rebecca is the Managing Director of Iris Singapore, a global creative agency network. She has spent the last 18 years working as a brand, business and creative strategist in Australia, New York and the past 10 years in Singapore. She has built successful global brands across cultures, channels and changes in the industry, using AI, tech and social media successfully to do so. 

She is passionate about women in leadership, being a mother of a 3 year old in a demanding industry, and intent on proving that empathy and kindness are the cornerstones of a new generation of leaders. She mentors and shares her own experience and cornerstones for being a conscious leader in an age where uncertainty and change are the new norms.
