Dr Alvin is a veteran practitioner in Learning & Development, Organizational Development and Talent Management, having spent more than 30 years in multiple roles as Regional Director / Head of Talent Management & Learning for PANALPINA Asia Pacific Management, Learning & Development for Linde Gas Asia, STATS ChipPAC and Chartered Semiconductor Manufacturing. He was Associate Professor and Deputy Director for Talent Management at the Nanyang Technological University, lecturing on Human Capital Development and Business Leadership. He is currently a practicing Certified Management Consultant and Academic Fellow of the International Council of Management Consulting Institute (ICMCI), and a Certified Professional Coach by the International Coach Federation (ICF). Adjunct Faculty and Project Director at Duke University for Corporate Education, Master Coach and Founder of "MindPowered Coaching-Nurturing Individuals for High Performance" an accredited Coach educator licensed by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), where he authored the book, "SuccessQuotient@Work-Transforming Performance through Talent Development".
