Magdalena Poulin is the Head of Diversity and Inclusion at AIG, and has over 13 years of diversified and multinational work experience in Asia and Europe. In her role at AIG, she oversees the strategy and implementation of diversity and inclusion programs for the APAC region. Her purpose is to create systematic change in the corporate environment around inclusion and bias in order to bridge differences across cultures and generations.
