Roslina Chai works as the Managing Director of Catalyse Consulting, a corporate training division of AWARE that aims to inspire diverse and inclusive workplaces for people to maximise their potential. She is an innovation-practitioner for 20+ years. She helps organisations by enabling its people to leverage on their differences and to bond through their similarities, and helps her clients build cohesive, dynamic and effective organisations. Roslina is also recognised as a Presentation Alchemist at FoxWest Communication and among the Board of Directors in Asia"s Women Speakers.
