Robert Kiely is a senior executive-level thought leader with over 30 years of experience in logistics and operations and HR for globally renowned organizations such as Dell, Intel, Pfizer, Boston Scientific, and Lazada. Robert’s regional experiences cumulated from his time spent in China, Hong Kong, and Singapore, and his expertise is deeply knit in Asian roots and culture. Most recently working as Senior Vice President for Logistics and HR at eCommerce giant, Alibaba – Lazada, Robert built and steered HR excellence for operations across multiple verticals such as talent acquisition, HR operations, and L&D in the region. Robert is also creative at heart, having published a book in 2014 and won an award as an executive producer for a short film.
