Michelle Mah is a psychotherapist, mindfulness practitioner, and wellbeing advocate who helps individuals and organisations build resilience, emotional wellbeing, and sustainable growth. Drawing from her own journey of overcoming mental health challenges, including an eating disorder at the peak of her corporate career, she brings both professional expertise and lived experience to her work.
As Director of The Curious Bonsai Therapy & Coaching and Founder of Rebalance Training & Consulting, Michelle integrates psychotherapy, mindfulness, organisational development, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming to support leaders, teams, couples, and young adults navigating burnout, anxiety, trauma, and life transitions. She is also an adjunct lecturer at Nanyang Technological University and facilitates mindfulness and self-compassion programmes at Singapore Management University.
