Lynette Pathy

Lynette is a data-driven human resource and marketing professional, who loves to tell stories and build long-term relationships, with a special kind of love for employee engagement and culture building in the workplace. Her most recent role at Foodpanda focused on driving strategies and initiatives to ensure employee well-being and Inclusion, Equity & Diversity, creating a psychologically safe space and an environment where employees could bring their whole, authentic selves to the table. Outside of her day job, she supports communities such as The Astronaut's Collective to work with students on making the world a more inclusive place for people with special needs. She is a strong believer of the strength in diversity and inclusion and the benefits it brings to organisations and teams.
