Jasmine, founder of Breakthrough Catalyst, is a seasoned HR leader with over 20 years of experience across MNCs, the private sector, and Singapore Civil Service. An organization development practitioner and global speaker, she empowers leaders to navigate change, enhance leadership, and build high-performing teams in the AI-driven digital age.

Her global clientele spans diverse industries, and her practical strategies drive engagement and leadership effectiveness. Jasmine is pursuing a Doctorate of Business Administration at The University of Canberra, focusing on psychological safety and change initiatives, integrating research into her work.
