Alex is an accomplished leader with over 15 years of experience in HR, marketing, customer service, and operations across tech, e-commerce, aviation, and more. Passionate about brand building, people development, tech adoption, and change management, he has also led significant Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives, fostering inclusive workplaces that empower diverse talent. Alex holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Professional Life Coaching from Singapore University of Social Sciences, an MBA from Quantic University, and a Bachelors of Business (1st Class Honours) from Nanyang Technological University. A recognized IHRP professional and practicing life coach, Alex currently serves as Chief People Officer at an e-commerce martech company, overseeing Southeast Asia.
