Dr. Kaushik has more than 30 years of experience in Business Transformation engagements globally, in leadership roles in Asia-Pacific and the USA.
Before starting his own initiative as a coach and advisor in Supply Chain and Digital Transformation, Dr. Kaushik was a Vice President at SAP Southeast Asia. He was also a member of the APJ Management Development Board at SAP. His other senior level corporate stints were in Oracle, IBM and PwC.
Dr. Kaushik is passionate about facilitating learning programs, coaching and mentoring. He is also associated with SMU, NTU in Singapore, and IIMs in India as Adjunct Faculty, where he takes Digital Transformation, Supply chain and Sustainability courses.
Dr. Kaushik holds a PhD in Supply Chain Management from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore, and a Bachelor of Engineering from NIT Trichy. Both top educational institutes in India.
