Daniel has over 39 years of experience covering the Asia Pacific region, Daniel has graduated from his technical roots as a Software Engineer after graduating from University of Guelph in Canada, and learning from ground up to hone his skills in Marketing, Sales and People Management. He is a frequent speaker, panelist, moderator in regional events like SCCCI SMEICC, BIGIT, TechTarget Marketing Summit and also mentoring sessions in Sunway University Malaysia, Penang Institute’s ‘Beyond National Education’ seminar. His passion for marketing does not only stop at the theory stage. He believes in operationalising the frameworks through the lens of ‘Humanising Marketing’ where it starts with WHY and is relevant to humans - beyond technology, and focuses on delivering value rather than implementing checklists. He therefore spends quality time in mentoring and nurturing new marketers to ensure that the true meaning of marketing is preserved and progressed.
