Prior to launching Shopmatic, Anurag held senior roles at companies like Standard Chartered Bank, NCR Corporation, and MasterCard and was most recently Senior Director for Merchant Sales, Strategy, and Operations at PayPal Asia-Pacific, where he met the other co-founders of Shopmatic. Shopmatic has over 270,000 customers across 13 Emerging Markets - India, China, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines, and UAE. Shopmatic also has white-label partnerships with SingTel, Network International- a leading payment solutions provider in the Middle East & Africa (MEA) region and a strategic partnership with HDFC Bank in India.
